OFFICIAL TICKET BALLOT RULES:- The Eagles ticket ballot to select 10 ticket recipients (each recipient receiving two tickets) for the Eagles concert on October 31st, 2007 at Indigo, London (each recipient being a “Registered Ticket Recipient”) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

HOW TO ENTER:- No purchase is necessary to enter the ticket ballot. To enter complete and submit by 29/10/07 the form which can be found at www.eaglesgig.co.uk. The ticket ballot will begin 25/10/07 and the deadline for receipt of entry is 29.10.07 at 23.59 (GMT). The first and last name provided by entrants will be the identity of the entrant and, if selected for the concert tickets, the identity of the Registered Ticket Recipient. The use of a bogus name or email address will disqualify an entrant. There is a limit of one entry per person and/or per family or household. Entrant’s mobile phone number may not be withheld. Duplicate entries will be void. By entering the competition, entrant consents to receive additional Eagles promotional information. All entrants agree to abide by these rules. All entries become the property of Polydor Limited.

ELIGIBILITY:- This competition is open to any legal resident of the UK (excluding; residents of Ireland) who is over the age of eighteen at the date of the concert. Employees (and their immediate families or household members) of Polydor Limited and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents are not eligible to enter this competition. Polydor Limited and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents are not responsible for any lost, late illegible, incomplete, postage due, misdirected or mutilated mail, any electronic miscommunications or failures, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, or failed incomplete, garbled or delayed computer or mobile phone transmissions which may limit entrant’s ability to participate in the competition.

SELECTION:- On 30/10/07 entrants will be selected at random using the software Vice Versa from all eligible entries received. All decisions of Polydor Limited are final and binding on the entrants in all respects. The Registered Ticket Recipient will be notified by email by a representative of Polydor Limited. Those selected to receive a ticket must be able to travel on the determined dates and provide their own accommodation (if required).

TICKETS:- Remain the property of Polydor. One pair of tickets will be issued to each Registered Ticket Recipient. Each ticket will be individually numbered and will identify the Registered Ticket Recipient. Each pair is issued for use solely by the Registered Ticket Recipient and their guest. Identification identifying the Registered Ticket Recipient and a valid ticket will be required to gain entrance to the concert. A condition of ticket issue to the Registered Ticket Recipient is that the tickets must not be sold or transferred to anyone other than the Registered Ticket Recipient. Failure to abide by these conditions will result in the tickets being voided and entrance to the concert being denied.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASES:- An entrant may be disqualified from the ballot if he or she fails to comply with these official rules, as determined in the sole discretion of Polydor Limited. Unless prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use Registered Ticket Recipient’s and person accompanying the Registered Ticket Recipient’s names and likenesses in all media for publicity purposes without any further compensation. By entering or accepting a ticket in the ballot, Registered Ticket Recipients agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and to conform to all laws and regulations.

By entering, participants, Registered Ticket Recipient agree to release and hold harmless Polydor Limited, their parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents and representatives from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand or other liability that may arise from their acceptance and/or use of tickets or their participation in this ballet, or from any misuse or malfunction of any ticket awarded. Polydor Limited is not responsible for 1) failed, returned or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by the Registered Ticket Recipient on entry 2) entries, and responses to Registered Ticket Recipient notifications which are lost, late incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, misdirected, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient in whole or in part or for computer, mobile phone or technical error of any kind. Polydor Limited reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this ballot should a virus, ‘bug’ or other cause beyond Polydor Limited control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the ballot. Polydor Limited reserves the right to modify the rules of the competition in any way or at any time. This competition shall be governed by English law and by entering the competition all entrants agree that all disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the High Courts of Justice in England.
